"My favourite thing about the RVU Grad programme is the flexibility of the scheme - and how much RVU values my preferences into where I would like to work next! I also thoroughly enjoy working with my colleagues, especially fellow Grad Scheme members."
Data & Analytics
"I love that you get the chance to experience completely different areas of the business, and are given the opportunity to create real impact unlike anywhere else. You’ll be able to learn so much over the course of the programme from across RVU, and from Day 1 have something to show for it that you’d never think possible for someone so early in their career."
Product
'I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the incredible responsibility, and opportunity to work with others of all seniority levels. The result of this has been a rapid career progression that I could have never imagined before joining RVU. Beyond that, it's been a huge amount of fun to see our graduate scheme grow and make incredible friendships within the programme and with other colleagues at RVU.'

"My favourite thing about the RVU Grad Programme is how much autonomy and ownership you have over the work you are doing - it’s really exciting to feel that you are a valuable member of the business so early on. I also really like the flexible approach to rotations; rather than a rigid structure that has to be followed by everyone, you have more of a say in your rotations, taking into account where your interests and skills lie."
SEO
"My favourite thing about the RVU Graduate Programme is the hands-on learning experience that I am getting through my role. I appreciate the RVU culture, as well as the support and trust from my colleagues to lead projects, conduct presentations and take part in initiatives outside of my role."
Throughout the scheme you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership and make autonomous decisions that have a true impact on the business and our customers. Whether that be managing spend on paid search campaigns, executing email marketing campaigns for millions of customers or delivering product tests that drive incremental profit in the thousands.
Each day, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate and learn from exceptional individuals, complemented by two days a week spent working in the office for valuable in-person interactions. Additionally, you'll forge connections with fellow graduates in the United States, including a visit to the Red Ventures headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina. Furthermore, a wealth of online resources will be at your disposal, meticulously curated to support your continuous knowledge expansion.
We believe in leaving the woodpile higher. Each year colleagues from around our businesses organise initiatives like RVUni and Code F in partnership with SEO London. RVUni is a Marketing and Analytics program for year 11 and 12 students from local schools.
CodeF is a coding boot camp aimed at empowering female university students by teaching them coding skills, guiding them in building their own websites and breaking down the barriers surrounding coding and technology.
Our graduates play a pivotal role in the success of these initiatives - if you join RVU, this could be your chance to make a difference too!
Our graduates usually join us during the second week of September.
The graduate scheme lasts 2 years. Following this period and based on your passion and overall feedback you’ll transition into a specialist role within one of our core areas. You will be on a permanent contract of employment upon joining the scheme.
Our graduate scheme is London based (right near Tower Bridge), however during the 2 years on the graduate scheme you'll spend one rotation in another of our offices (Cardiff or Fleet).
