Which country’s laws apply to any disputes?

These terms of use, their subject matter and formation are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising out of them (including non-contractual disputes), but if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

The RVU logo and the Uswitch name and logo are registered trade marks of RVU.

The money.co.uk logo is a registered trade mark of Dot Zinc Limited and is reproduced by RVU under licence.

The Bankrate name and logo are registered trademarks of Bankrate, LLC and New Imagitas, Inc. and are reproduced by RVU under licence.

You are not permitted to use them without our written approval, unless they are part of material you are using as permitted under “This is how you may use materials on our site” above.
